My mission here is to paint an accurate picture of Seattle as seen through the eyes of a Chicagoan, but without using paint. The worst career advice ever quoted was uttered by that overrated, overpaid, celebrity photographer, Annie Leibovitz. She said, "You will always be judged by your last photograph." This philosophy castrates creativity and risk taking. Paul McCartney will most likely always be judged by "Yesterday" rather than by the song he wrote yesterday.

"In Seattle, Secular Humans Put Faith In Hamsters"
Seattle prides itself on being ranked number one as the most secular American city. But when it comes to their pets, they frantically line up in front of the man of cloth as if the sky is falling.
