My mission here is to paint an accurate picture of Seattle as seen through the eyes of a Chicagoan, but without using paint. The worst career advice ever quoted was uttered by that overrated, overpaid, celebrity photographer, Annie Leibovitz. She said, "You will always be judged by your last photograph." This philosophy castrates creativity and risk taking. Paul McCartney will most likely always be judged by "Yesterday" rather than by the song he wrote yesterday.

"Salesman Looking for Eskimos"
While many attribute our poor economy to nefarious lending practices, it may also be that the selling of certain goods is ill-timed.
